I think most of us hold back from the constant driver updates which are mostly focused on new game releases, and stay with stable driver versions when we find them. I don't think that these drivers will have any performance advantages over 'Game Ready' drivers, but it sounds like the Content Ready drivers will be held back for additional testing with apps like Premiere Pro and Photoshop. I don't know how relevant it is, but Puget Systems had a look at Nvidia's new Content Ready driver program a couple of weeks ago.
